Are you passionate about fitness and wellness? Thrive in a dynamic, supportive environment? Pilates Plus La Jolla, San Diego's first Lagree Fitness studio, seeks a dedicated individual for a part-time Front Desk Associate.
Position:Front Desk Associate (Part-Time)
Location: Pilates Plus La Jolla, La Jolla, CA
Schedule: Tuesday to Thursday (Weekend availability required)
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients professionally and warmly
- Manage class bookings, payments, and studio operations
- Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
- Ensure studio cleanliness and organization
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction
- Assist with inventory, restocking, product cards, and retail sales via Shopify
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability on weekends is necessary
- Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred
Hours:
- Weekdays (Tuesday & Thursday): 3:40 PM to 6:00 PM. (Wednesday): 4:15 PM to 6:00 PM
- Weekends (Saturday and Sunday): 7:45 AM to 12:00 PM (Off on Fridays and Mondays)
